Kirk Schultheis

Kirk was born in Newport, Ohio and raised in Marietta, graduating from Marietta High School. He went on to graduate from Marshall University where he obtained a degree in Business. Right out of college, Kirk went to work for Westfield Insurance Company in 1979 where he serviced different agencies through both Ohio and West Virginia. In October of 1986, Kirk joined his father, Darrel, in the family business where together, they continued to grow the agency into a Mid-Ohio Valley small business staple.

Kirk spends majority of his time outdoors hunting, fishing and skiing and doting on his favorite children, Willie and George - the Golden Retrievers, whom you can find hanging out in the office. Kirk and Anna have celebrated more than 40 years of marriage and have three adult children and two grandchildren.

Kirk currently serves on the Board for The O’Neill Senior Center and the Harvest of Hope.

Allie Schultheis

Allie is the youngest of Kirk’s children and is a 2011 graduate of Parkersburg Catholic High School. She went on to obtain her degree from Winthrop University in South Carolina in Business and Marketing. Upon graduation, Allie moved to Morgantown, West Virginia to work for West Virginia University in the President’s Events Office. She moved back to the Mid-Ohio Valley in August of 2019 to go to work in the family business and obtained her Major Lines Licenses in 2020 and is now selling: Home, Auto, Business, Life Insurance and Annuities.

Allie is mom to June the Black Lab, Humane Society of the Ohio Valley Alumni, and Bruce the Bernese Mountain Dog, a rescue from Freedom Tails of Ohio - both of whom make visits to work. She married Skylar Fouss of Marietta in June of 2023 and became a mom in 2026 and is now raising a fourth generation female community business leader.

Allie currently serves on the Board for the Historic Harmar Bridge Company and the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce.

Jenny Eastes

Jenny is a Marietta native and graduate of Marietta High School. She started working in insurance for another local agency in 1985 as a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. Jenny is also certified in Life Insurance. She joined the Schultheis Insurance family in January of 1999. In addition to being a licensed agent, Jenny is also a certified notary.

In her free time, Jenny is an avid and incredible cook and enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, Randy, and their four sweet grandbabies and her loving dogs, Alex & Getty. You can often times find Jenny front row at Peoples Bank Theater!

Jenny is retiring in May of 2026.


Lindsay Mulvey

Lindsay has been employed at Schultheis Insurance since August of 2021. Originally a Pittsburgh, Pa native, Lindsay attended college at Slippery Rock University before marrying her high school sweetheart, Michael in 2018.

They have lived in several cities throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio before landing in Marietta for Michael’s career as a collegiate baseball coach where Lindsay always specialized in the health and nutrition industry.

Linday obtained her Property & Casualty license in 2024 and focuses on home and auto insurance and most often works remotely keeping us all in check.

When not working at Schultheis, Lindsay is the owner and operater of her own small business, Another Bark in the Wall, which is an in home dog daycare and training service. Her dog, Harley, is a frequent flyer in the office.


Jess Banyas

Jess joined the Schultheis Insurance family in 2025. She is a native of Wheeling, WV where she previously worked at the Oglebay Institute after obtaining her degree in Social Work from the Franciscan University of Stuebenville. Jess handles the day to day office tasks and all things customer relations focused.

Jess and her high school sweetheart, Robby, relocated with their daughter to Marietta in 2025.
